Vision Fitness Recumbent Bike Noise
#1
I have removed the covers from my Vision Fitness R2200HRT - RB42 and have identified a humming noise that appears to becoming from the flywheel axle/bearings.  Humming noise only occurs while coasting or pedaling backwards (no friction by design when pedaling backwards).

Does this sound like the flywheel bearings are likely the cause of the noise.

I see where the flywheel bearings for this machine are sold as a pair.  If I replace one or both of these, is this an easy remove and install of the flywheel bearings for a DIYer?

Thanks!

Thanks jimbo97.  I actually ended up returning the Vision Fitness bike.  I purchased a Precor C846i recumbent bike that has a clicking noise when pedaling...ugh.  Any thoughts on like source of noise - definitely coming from the large wheel area.  I assume its a bearing.  Are there any cheap fixes/parts I could try?
