Star Trac Product Support Source
#1
My name is Jason. I have been working in Star Trac Product Support for 10 years now. I think this site is a good idea and I hope I can help assist with any Star Trac questions that come up.

I have a star trac TR4500 treadmill, which is not working. When i press the start button and check the voltage from the control board to the motor, the voltage is 16v. Is this enough to run the motor?

Is that 16 volts DC or AC?

Is the motor moving at all ... or even trying to move?

Does the voltage change when you increase the speed on the display console?

I should be able to point you in the right direction. If it is an ST Fitness product...parts are no longer available and I have found no other source. What is the make, model and serial number?

Its an Advantage series 400 by LHFS. serial number is A34533060200236, any help or direction you could give us would be great. Even if we can figure out the wattage and volts of the power cord would help.

Thanks Pam

Sorry I have nothing with regards to this. If they were indeed acquired by Star Trac, your best bet may be to contact Star Trac (Core Fitness) directly. 800-503-1221. Sorry I can't help.
