A great thing about exercise is that it can keep your body healthy. Kids who exercise often have a healthier body weight than kids who don’t exercise. Being fit includes keeping your muscles, bones, and joints as active and healthy as possible.One of the greatest things about exercise is that it can improve your mental health. Regular exercise can help you feel less stressed, can improve your self-esteem, and can help you to feel ready to learn in school. Kids who exercise may also have reduced symptoms of anxiety and depression.

For fitness, There are many things to do. The diet is also make you fit. Non-Proper and unfresh diet creates the problem to your fitness. Don't eat dinner at late night because it creates the problems for yoyr gigestive system.
