Need help on a Fitness Quest New Balance 10K 5500U Recumbent Bike.

Error Code E1 when powered up.

Reed Sensor is bad?
Pulled it apart and found the reed sensor and will replacing it fix the problem?

Where can I get the parts as they are Chapter 7 gone?

I have the manual and parts breakdown
