Need a front roller for Trimline 4000 treadmill
#1
Hey there treadmill enthusiasts,

I have a perfectly good Trimline 4000 treadmill that is in need of a new/used front roller. I have looked in all the usual places and contacted manufacturer (now owned by Nautilus), but to no avail. If you know of anyone who has parts for a Trimline 4000.1 (model #), for the love of Swedish Fish, please help me connect with this part so I don't have to scrap an otherwise perfectly good machine.

Many thanks,
Andy Moore

Thanks Jay, but I am measuring 21.5" for the tube and 24.5" for the steel rod, end to end. Could you recheck those measurements on your end to see if it doesn't match? Thanks for your willingness to help keep this otherwise fine machine from getting scrapped.....actually, if you could get the pulley wheel off that is receiving the drive belt from the motor pulley, THAT is really the piece that is needing replacement on my Trimline 4000. The pulley wheel moved on the front roller and meandered to the deck board. The continued friction from the contact with the running deck subfloor fairly melted the grooves in that pulley so that the belt now meanders out of the melted grooves. Know what I am saying? Can you cleanly remove the pulley wheel from the front roller with a hammer and a blunt ended punch? Now things get interesting, Andy.
