Favorite cardio
#1
What is everyone's favorite cardio? While I hate running, I love every other cardio exercise. My favorite is riding my bike and swimming although I also do a lot of walking. I would say that I get some cardio from the sports I play like soccer, tennis and basketball too.

Well....
According to me Jumping rope is high impact and requires practice. It looks easy but beginners may have all the grace of a pigeon-toed elephant and trip often. For the best results, turn the rope with the wrists, not the arms and land softly. Only jump high enough to clear the rope.

Cardio machines help you work very hard in a very short period of time, making a morning or lunchtime workout an exercise in efficiency. But most people don't use the machines correctly. Fix your mistakes and you'll get more calorie burn for the effort.

Cardio is one of the most important things you can do for your body, whether you want to lose weight, build muscles or improve your health. Some of the exercises that work for me is swimming, running, cross- country skiing, and elliptical trainer.

In one word "Sweatmaker". In a few words, "anything that makes you sweat". A hundred years ago, we all sweated...there was no such thing as A.C....it was natural...and an important necessary form of excretion. Now, with A.C.; very few sweat...not good. Sweat every day...keep the doctor away!
