Rubber Wheel that glides along the bottom runner plate. I seem to have some intermittant queeking or screaching between the rubber wheel and the runner plate. It gets a little bumpy also, like the wheel is getting unrounded. I have done a few things, such as: adjusted the bolts, looser and tighter and just snug; I've been putting vaseline on the wheel and the running plate but it only quiets the noise down temporarily; I live in an apartment building and exercise in the morning so I have been used to the stealth action of this machine but now this problem is becoming agravating and disturbing.

Any thoughts?
