I recently purchased a used Universal U420 Elliptical model#0042005. It has a broken roller and I can't find a replacement part online anywhere. Universal Fitness has been discontinued and I heard that Star Trac Fitness or Star Fitness Lamar offers support for Universal parts but so far have been unable to contact them. Does anybody know how I can find a replacement roller for this elliptical machine? Can I buy a roller from another company that would fit this model? Thanks for any help on this topic.
