Sorry to hear of the troubles. It sounds like liquid found the lower control board, and there are several styles of controllers according to year of treadmill. If you can message me I might have something around to try but in many cases the lower board can be a pair of boards wired together and a bit complicated to remove/install, something a local servicer may need to help you with, but if you take pictures maybe you can do it.
