Sorry Evelyn I don't happen to have that part. The Treadmill Doctor has the electronic circuit board, are you sure its the overlay? That generally just pushes buttons on the circuit board. Have you had to replace the overly before and it fixed the problem or did someone tell you that's what you needed. Do the research before giving up. Let me know what you find out. Thanks for mailing.
