I just bought a 4650 which uses almost the same part. The plastic pulley was stripped and slipped on the roller. I fixed it with 6 sheet metal screws drilled in at an angle, one on every 4th channel, to clear the end bearing underneath . I could send a photo. It works great now.

I'm stuck in need of an owner's manual, shared with the 2650. Do you still have yours? Mainly, I need to find out the calibration procedure described on the last page. Can you help me with this?
