I have a 5000pt it will sometimes work but most the time you here the click when plugged in and the stairs lock but nothing else. once in awhile the console lights up but won't let you push anything. I have done some testing but I am looking for knowledge of this machine or a manual. the voltage in is average 14 volt into the board then it seems it is split 10v to alt and 4 to console. but the main board says 5.5v on the power to the console. So I am guessing its a lack of power/short???
