I obtained 2 seat rollers for an R25 Rowing Machine from them this week under warranty.
They also sell parts. The part you're asking for is small it may suit you to have it shipped if you're not in The UK but there should be a warranty service provider in whatever territory you're in. Contact Tunturi directly.
They've been very helpful to me under warranty.
I think those rollers were a design weakness and they have now changed their design.
