Yes we do service your area. I saw on a other post that you are looking for the battery case. Is that right? Is that the only issue you are having? What happened to the original one? Thanks

I still have the original battery case. When I replaced the batteries (twice with two sets of new batteries) and inserted the battery case in the bike, the case heated up and the bike was not operable.
