Hi.
My name is Jon and I started working out again when I got tendonitis in my hip and did psychical therapy. I then joined the gym and got plantar fasciitis. I know, lucky me.
Decided to build my own gym in what used to be our antique mall. We just sell online now. Got a stairmaster 5100 nsl. Man, what a beast to get inside. It fill up about half a room.
