Vinyl Sleeve for treadmill roller - bobjlw - 01-13-2017
I need a source of the vinyl tubing used to sleeve the front (driven) roller on a treadmill. The OD of the roller is 1.905". I need tubing that will be tight on that roller, 1.9" ID. The tubing wall is thin, 1/16". I have some room so I could make do with 1/8" wall thickness.

The sleeve surrounding the front roller (Sears #115689 Front Roller /pulley) has disintegrated. Sears no longer sells that part.
The roller is fine. The bearings are sound, The motor drive pulley is fine. Only the vinyl sleeve needs replacing. I suppose its job is to provide grip between the Deck Belt and the Front Roller.
