Need Speed Sensor for Sears Free spirit Treadmill - Chris360m - 11-29-2016

Hello, can anyone tell me where I can find a speed sensor for my Sears Free spirit Treadmill?   It was purchased in 2006 but Sears no longer supports it.    I have searched around but haven't found one yet.

The model# is 12230521.0.  Serial # 120506524.

The manufacturer is actually Power First Fitness International, according to a sticker on the unit.

I'm hoping that someone out there can direct me to a supplier!

Hello Chris,

I’m wondering if you ever found a component to replace the speed sensor on your treadmill.     Also, I’m wondering what the symptoms were that caused you to determine that it was the speed sensor that may have been faulty.    Our treadmill is the same model as yours. ((Sears treadmill Free Spirit Model 12230521.0 )) and it just went mental one day....wouldn’t keep the speed correctly.  I figured out by randomly pressing the speed and start/stop buttons how to enter CAL mode, and then it would CAL the incline, but not the speed.   No manuals anywhere on-line it appears.   I DO have a User’s Manual, but it’s useless.   My email is kenton.manning@gmail.com
