Free Motion has a policy of 48 hours up and running. They overnight parts to servicers so that they can quickly get the customer up and running.
We have a policy of getting to customers within 48 hours aside from any manufacturer policy so this works well for us.
Free Motion, because of their policy wants it's servicers to get to customers quickly, and in return treats it's servicers well.
We were concerned about their purchase a year or two ago by Icon, but it appears so far, that they are running a somewhat independent opperation and still running a decent operation.
