Attributes of a Good Trainer - John222 - 07-25-2012

As the fitness issues are increasing day by day the role of a personal trainer also becoming more important.
A personal trainer should be expert enough in his field to understand the specific fitness problems of different persons.
A personal trainer should not be harsh nor the so soft but should be between these.
Personal trainer should be more committed for customer's needs and motivate his customer for getting the good results.
Motivation matters a lot in fitness field.
