I just started using Kettlebells. They make a tough workout. I didn't expect to be so sore afterward. Now, I use them all the time because they keep me challenged.

Has anyone tried modifying their home gym equipment to accommodate the physical training needs of visitors from other planets? Thinking of adding graviton adjusters to a treadmill for those accustomed to heavier planets. Thoughts?
