Hi, I have own a T9550 premier model and when I turn it on the upper console is showing the welcoming "Vision Fitness Logo" and 3 booting lines, the last one is Ready for jump ... ... and the unit is not going any further!!!!! The manufacture is not leading to fix the problem beside changing the whole upper console at $699.....any tips are taken!!!!

thanks to the community
As far as getting a new console, I can keep my eye out. Have you repaired or replaced the console already? If not, please answer:

Ready for jump? Odd for it to say "jump" on a treadmill. As far as I've seen Vision treadmills only countdown 3...2...1...before starting. Bodyguard treadmills say "It's workout time!" which always makes me laugh.

What are the 3 booting lines? Have you tried unplugging the machine and plugging it back in? Are there any error codes? Like "Err 4" showing up on the console? What is the final status of the console (what does it show) after the belt does not move?

Hi There...new to this site, but I was an engineer with Johnson, the parent to Vision, Matrix, Horizon and other brand names. That "JUMP" message is known to only a few. This console software boots the main system board and it's SROM's at power up, and after this POST test, preloading, will then "JUMP" to the Application Software which then loads a Splash screen that should say Vision and then onto a user interface. It sounds as the software has gotten corrupt or is failing to load for some reason ;o( Not sure of a fix or the rules on advising folks to repair locations yet on this site, but there are some repair folks out there that specialize in fitness equipment electronics repair/refurbishment.
