Hi everyone
I have a StairMaster 4000PT and there is no resistance on only 1 side .
Doesn't anyone have any ideas on what the problem might be

Could be that the spring for pedal return has come off or the step chain has come off. It could also be an issue with the hub assembly. I would check those parts first.
