My CoreGlide broke while stepping off. The whole rubber piece snapped. Called BH North America Corp (the name on the machine) who had no idea of the product. They do not have any spare parts. Referred me to Fitness Repair Parts who at least knew of the machine but did not have right part. It is a CoreGlide Bladez, bought at Canadian Tire in Toronto, Ontario. Model # 084-0664 Can anybody help?
