Hello Everyone, I have a Weslo Flex Cross Training System Model #WL870510 with Stair Stepper. The 2 resistance cylinders, P/N# 100190, seem to have gone bad. As you well know stepping down on one cylinder the opposite goes up & visa versa. Neither goes up unless you pull them up with your foot. Weslo & www.fitnessrepairparts.com both states these cylinders are no longer available & none to replace them. Customer Service at www.fitnessrepairparts.com recommend me to this site to post a plea for help in locating some or info on possibly repairing them? I would truly appreciate any and all assistance in locating a pair of cylinders for my machine. It has been a good fitness machine to work out on, still works great & hate to lose the function of the stair steppers.Thank you all in advance for your assistance or info in locating these resistance cylinders.
