Is anyone else having heartburn with Life Fitness' new ACH policy? We've stopped doing work for them because it's just dangerous to give them (or anyone) ACH access to your account.

When you give someone ACH access, they have permission to give or take money from your account at their will. This means the first time that Life Fitness loses a warranty part that I sent back and they think that I didn't send it back, they'll probably just be pulling the cost of that part right out of my account. NOT COOL!

I haven't had to deal with that...yet. Sounds pretty crappy

Be careful with sharing accounts.

All you have to do is make copies of all the documentation, including the UPS tracking number. With that you'll be able to track anything you send back on the UPS web site and get a proof of delivery down to who signed for it at their warehouse so that protects you.
