I have a Proform Crosswalk 2.5 Treadmill (Model# 831.297381) and have an issue with incline. The treadmill has a manual incline actuated by pressing a large button on deck that actuates a shock which raises and lowers the deck.
I have been unable to locate a replacement part and was recommended to post here. I am hoping you may have had other reported issues and know where to purchase the replacement part or recommend an alternative replacement. I have included a picture of the part needed.
