try Maverick Service and Assembly...I never used them before but they are on Keys Fitness website and I had a chance to talk to them today. Looks like they are THE supplier for Keys Family product parts...

Maverick folks could not help and offered this forum as another option.

Will continue seeking a viable solution!! Perhaps electronic repair of current malfunctioning console.

Has anyone had any success finding the console or board for the Ironman 530e elliptical? Mine is dead as well and I have had no success tracking one down. Treadmill Doctor is supposedly the ones who now service them but cannot help. They directed me to place in St. Louis called Fitness Repair Parts and they cannot provide one either, I was about to contact Maverick Service until I saw the post on here stating they could not provide assistance. If I can't find the console or board I guess I have a couple hundred pound paper weight to deal with.
