Precor9.45i HELP
#1
I don't know what to do. I have a Precor 9.45i treadmill that works fine EXCEPT for the faulty speed button in the housing display. Unfortunately when the treadmill starts up, this button is required to be pushed as part of the process. Since, this ONE button in the encased display is not working, the entire treadmill is useless!! The treadmill CANNOT go through the power up process.

I can't even find a replacement housing display (http://www.fitnessrepairparts.com/cart/ViewItem/5001735) because they are no longer available! Is ANYONE has a replacement housing display that I can switch these out PLEASE let me know OR
someone PLEASE show me how to do make a bypass for the faulty speed button. The computer strip for this button is ENCASED in the housing display & I cannot seem to get to it!!1 PLEASE help!! I can't fathom the idea that an ENTIRE machine is rendered USELESS because of HORRIBLE display design!!!!

HELP!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!
