I have a NordicRow TBX and the plastic spindle that rowing cable wraps around has cracked. Nordic Track no longer stocks any parts. Any ideas where I can get this repaired/replaced?

I had the same issue with the one my father had except he tried to fix it and doesn't remember how the cable is routed. The small plastic tab broke off the inside of the plastic pulley underneath. I think I could fix it if I knew how the cable is routed and attached elsewhere on the unit. Can you email me a photo of the underside of your unit showing the cable routing and attachment point(s)? Maybe I can figure a way to make it work for both of us.
