I have tried www.FitnessRepairParts.com and their suggestion since they do not have the part available and do not expect it will ever be produced again is to contact this forum
for advise as someone else must have had this issue, and may know how or where to acquire and or get the part repaired.

This part is also used on the Nautilus NE2000
