Hello all. I have been a member of the site for a while but I have been really busy as of lately and haven't been able to post. I do try to read it as often as possible though. I think its a great forum. I have 2 retail stores in south Florida (http://www.homefitnesshq.com).
I am also working on a website kind of like this one only geared more towards the end users. I think we need a site like this geared towards us in the industry. But I also think there is a lack of honest help for the consumers. My new website (http://groups.msn.com/FitEquipSpecialists) is a trial for bigger and better things in the future. I am trying to form a reliable source for people to be able to find out anything and everything about fitness equipment. I personally enjoy interacting with people who are interested in fitness equipment whether they buy from me or anyone else. So this is my way to try and help people rather then just try to "Sell" to them. By doing this format we will be able to regulate the people who are not serious, this has been a problem on other sites. Any one is welcome to sign up. But we are not going to be putting up with the childish banter or posting found on some other sites. If you interested in giving your input please do. If you have questions feel free to post them. I am also asking people to review the equipment that they own/use. I am also hoping that other retailers, manufactures and service techs will join and respond. I will try to answer as many posts as I personally can. I am really hoping that we get some personal trainers, dealers, manufactures and designers of fitness equipment to join and be available to answer questions. If this takes off I will move to a forum of this style. I already own the url. And I will make it a lot more professional then the MSN groups.
I would love everyone's input and opinions.
