Hello-Cancer survivor

Hi My name is Cathy, I'm 52 and am a 3 year breast cancer survivor. I am interested in getting into a fitness routine that will make me feel better and increase my chances of living a longer life. Any suggestions? I am a positive person and am so happy to have survived this awful disease.

Just do regular exrecises that will make you in fair and good shape. Eat fruits and vegetables since you are getting old. Avoid thinking too much problems. We all have problems in life just keep your positive outlook in life and it will translate to good things.
