I need 2 to 3 sets of the black plastic shoulds for the Cybex 630-A Arc Trainers.
Shoulds are the black "Cybex" covers on the sides.  I need ASAP.

Hmm..you can definitely find these trainers at the superiorpapers.com review site. I got some great stuff from that site, and one time I got some trainers, as well. So, if you look well enough, you'll find the stuff you're looking for.
